Renter assumes all liability. Must be 21 to rent. Safety Briefing will be done before rental commences at the dock. Waivers to be signed prior to arriving to the dock. Renter responsible for any damages to the Sea-Doo’s. Owner can cancel at anytime due to inclement weather conditions and a full refund will be provided to the renter. Late arrivals will start clock at time booking was reserved for. No shows will be charged in full. Late returns will be charged at full hourly rate no partial hours allowed.
