NOTE: For all bookings made, renters may be up to 1 hour late from the set booking start time. By renting our pontoon boat, you agree to: Safety First: Always wear a life jacket provided by us. Appoint an adult to supervise kids on board. Avoid alcohol or drugs while operating the boat. No swimming or diving near the running motor. Follow local laws and rules. Boat Rules Stay in the Indian River & nearby creeks, bays, and channels; no ocean access. Respect the boat's capacity limit (max 12 people). Ensure a clear view for the operator. Anchor only from the bow. Return the boat on time; late fees apply. Mind No Wake zones. Use lights when dark. Don't remove the motor or dock without permission. Responsibility & Indemnification: Assume all risks during boat operation. Check equipment for damage before use. Return equipment in the same condition. Cover costs for any damage or loss during the rental. Release us from liability for injuries or damages. Photography / Video Release: Permit us to take photos/videos for promotional use. Personal Responsibility: Confirm physical and mental fitness. Adhere to posted rules and exercise caution. Report hazards or issues promptly. Jurisdiction: Consent to jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida.
