This was one of my best experiences renting from GetMyBoat.com. Victor was able to trailer the boat to a lake in the Park near my house and he was very accommodating. He was super responsive during the entire process. The Boat was Brand New and super easy to operate. The family had an awesome time pulling the tube around the Lake. Highly Recommend that for a day on the water you should check this boat out

Awesome experience and highly recommend!! We wanted to charter a boat for a few hours for a Bachelorette and this was perfect and the highlight of our trip! Victor was great and super responsive to all of my questions especially at the last minute. Our captain was fun and knowledgeable - a great fit for our group! CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled rental date and time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled rental date and time are not eligible for a refund. If the client does not show up at the designated rental location within 30 minutes after the scheduled rental time and does not provide prior notice, the reservation will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued. In cases where weather conditions, as determined by our staff or local authorities, make it unsafe to operate the rental boat, we will work with the client to reschedule the booking at no additional cost or provide a full refund. The client may request to reschedule their rental to a different date or time (subject to availability) at no extra charge if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the original rental date and time. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the scheduled rental may incur an additional fee. No refunds will be issued for any rental termination due to the client's violation of safety rules, intoxication or disruptive behavior, or early return.
