In essence if you book with a Captain provided you can only have 11 passenger. if no Captain, capacity can be up to 12. Bare boat laws. Boaters safety course required. Alcohol is permitted but no glass.. Built in cooler. Cooler is allowed as well. Extra cooler provided upon request for free. No smoking. 🚠No fishing. 🎣 No red wine 🍷 Life jackets provided for all adults. We do not provide children’s life vest. We had a great experience working with Maximus and loved his boat. It is brand new, super clean, beautiful furniture, great seating configuration, with a super quiet and efficient Suzuki 250 outboard. We enjoyed the day boating down and around Egmont Key and the motor was flawless. The boat has a nice stereo with blue tooth, a USB charging port to charge your phone, and a touch screen navigation system that will help you safely navigate the waterways. I would highly recommend this boat and working with Maximus. Great overall experience!
