Additional Terms & Information
**Weather Refund Policy** In the event of bad severe Tropical storm/ Hurricane weather, a trip will not be done and a full 100% refund will be issued to the Renter. If there is a good amount of rain shower but not considered a server tropical storm. Then the charter will still proceed and no refund will be applied. **Late or No-Show Policy** In he event, the Renter is late the charter will begin at the set time whether Renter is late or early unless told otherwise extension will not be expected to trip hours. Additional fee may apply more than 30 minutes late. In the event of a no-show from the renter a refund will not be owed unless otherwise told. In the event the Capt. of the vessel is late a extension will be applied to the time. In the captain does not show within the hour then a full refund will be applied.
