ASA practice sailing exercizes

For sailors who have already started some sailing lessons: here's a chance to get some hands-on sailing experience alongside a certified American Sailing Association Qualified Instructor (for ASA 101 and ASA 103). Beginning sailors are welcome, and experienced sailors are ideal for this kind of a "Sailing Clinic". We sail out of Echo Bay in New Rochelle with easy access to the Western Long Island Sound. We can sail across the Sound or head down toward LaGuardia or up the coast to Connecticut. Let's practice Crew Overboard maneuvers! Depending on your appetite for different sailing skills, we can work on Sail Trim, Twist, Reefing and other points of sail techniques. Or do some practice anchoring. We can also combine various skill-building exercizes alongside a 'Fun in the Sun' rest for a fresh dip in the cool waters of the LI Sound on a hot day in New York City.
