WEATHER POLICY - In the instance that the radar is showing thunderstorms all day, we can reschedule a trip to the next available date within 1 year.In the instance we have some rain or spotted showers the yacht will still go out. In the instance of severe weather and the yacht cannot go out, we can offer a refund. Hurricanes or Tropical storms fall into this category.Typically in Miami we have spotted showers, especially in the summer. It is very rare that we have a completely rainy day. GUEST LIMIT- Due to federal Coast Guard laws all private yacht rentals are limited to 13 guests on board including children and infants. The yacht Crew is not included in this limit. We can also offer 2 yacht options, which can tie together once at anchor. There should never be more than 13 guests on either yacht at any time. CANCELLATION POLICY- We have a no cancellation policy within 30 days of the booking. Within the 30 days we can offer you a reschedule up until 7 days before your trip. If you decide to cancel within 7 days of the trip start your deposit would be forfeited.
