This could not have been a more perfect experience. We had six adults and six kids (some infants) and the whole crew had the best time. The booking experience was seamless - Megan answered all of our questions instantly. We felt safe - life jackets were provided, and the kids all had the best time. The boat was in perfect condition and we had no issues whatsoever. Beck met us at the dock, texted us beforehand, and the entire process was smooth. For a huge family outing this was perfect and we will book again the next time we are back in the Cities.

Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations are required 7 days in advance, if not, loss of rental fee may result. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before departure, no discounts for late arrivals, no refunds for returning early, unless weather conditions dictate otherwise. Attention to the rental times is required, late returnees will be subject to additional rental fees and/or loss of deposit. In the case of inclement weather, a rain check will be issued for another booking date or equal or lesser value. Renters must be at least 25 years old, have a valid I.D., a major credit card, and have boating experience. Responsible use of alcoholic beverages is required. If it's illegal off the water, it's illegal on the water. This includes illegal drug use. Violations can constitute law enforcement by and are not limited to the Sheriff's Water Patrol, Minnesota D.N.R., or the local police department. Cargo Restrictions: No pets, barbeques, kayaks, paddle boards, or kegs. Towing of tubes, water skiers, swimmers, or anything else including other boats is not allowed. The rental boats are solely for recreational boating, responsible operation is required. The rental boat must be returned in good clean condition. Extra cleaning may result in loss of deposit.
