GetMyBoat customer reviews for boat rentals in Jacksonville.
This was my first time using this type of service to rent a boat from someone else. Everything went better than I had expected. It was easy to do the booking and they were wonderful to work with. I haven’t had a situation where I could not book out too far in advance because of a work commitment but they were very flexible and were able to accommodate us last minute. This was a very friendly couple with great attitudes.
The boat is in perfect condition, and Brian makes it so easy to have a fun day on the water! Lots of comfortable seating in both sun and shade, and equipment included for watersports. The boat was at the dock and Brian had a cart for our gear and picnic, and we were on our way in no time. Kids loved it and the family can't wait to get back on this boat again. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Matthew if you are looking to rent a jet ski! I rented the ski for a day, and it was a good experience all around. He communicated frequently, was always pleasant, and was flexible with pick up and return times with our schedule.
We LOVED our day on the water. Matt was very communicative from the start and this was such an easy transaction. Day of we Matt told us where to meet him and within 5 minutes we were on the water. Such a great jetski and very comfortable. We rented for 6 hours but could have done more! Such a highlight of our trip to St Augustine to see it from the water. Thanks again Matt!
This boat is roomier than the picture. It was smooth and comfortable even on choppy water. My friends and I just showed up and he launched it into the water and picked it up for us. It made the experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend this boat and Boris was great at being available for anything needed.
Listen, the only reason why this is a 5 star review is due to the fact that is the max rating I can give on the website. This was a turned up to 11 sort of rental. First let me say the boat crew at the marine were prepared, knowledgeable, but most of all friendly and patient. Secondly, the boat was amazing! Fit the entire family easy to drive, easy to tow tubes with, no problems, well maintained, exuberantly clean (by far the cleanest boat I've been on or I've owned... unfortunately sometimes the truth hurts lol). I was also happy to not worry about hurting sea life as this is a jet drive and has no actual blade to hurt them or anyone getting in or out of the boat. Last but certainly not least, Stephen. Let me say this man's communication was top notch before with questions, during, and even afterwards. Even with a busy schedule he still made it feel like the service was the only thing he was doing for the day. I know I privately thanked you but let me publicly thank you from myself and my entire family everyone enjoyed the boat (even our grumpiest participant cheered up after take off.) 11 out of 10 would definitely rent and use Stephen and his marina again.
