SUP combines enjoyment of nature and joint-gentle whole body workout. Here you can train your balance, improve your fitness and all that in the wild. Aim of the Stand Up Paddle course are materials science, real upgrade in shallow and deep water, basic paddling techniques (straight ahead, wide and tight cornering, turning on the spot, emergency stop), safety as water road users, emergency situation. Our main focus is on the paddle practice. We keep the course groups small to ensure intensive care of our students can.
