• No Refunds After Reservation Is Approved. • No Refunds Due To Late Arrival Or Weather. • Due to Federal Regulations by the USCG we are only permitted to have a maximum of 6 persons onboard regardless of the 12 persons capacity of the vessel. That being said: Captain + 6 guests. NO exceptions. • If you book 6, and later decide that one additional friend wants to join, the answer is not allowed. • If You Arrive Late At The Ramp, There Will Be No Extension Of Time Due To Late Arrival.
